This luxury private home is located on 20 acres of grass, trees, shrubs, and flowers. The home has a panoramic view of the village of Hunter River with a private pool and children's play area.
Relax and enjoy your family vacation.
We are located at the center of PEI for easy access to touring the
whole Island. Hunter Hill House is located 20 minutes from the
Charlottetown airport and 35 minutes from the Confederation Bridge.
The home is 3000 sq feet and 2 stories.
There is a large stone, wood burning, fireplace in the sitting
room. There is a blend of antique and modern furniture in the
livingroom. The main floor master bedroom has a queen size bed, an
in-suite bathroom with a full Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in closet. There is also
a private deck.
The two other main floor bedrooms have
a queen and a double size bed.
Both rooms are serviced with one bathroom that has a Jacuzzi
bathtub.
Downstairs there is one bedroom with two double beds and a sitting room that has a double sized hide-a-bed.
Other rooms on the main floor include
two sitting rooms (one with a large stone fireplace)
with a double size sofa bed, a laundry room with a washer and dryer,
which is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen that has four
appliances.
There is a gas barbeque on the back deck
and a furnished front veranda that has a spectacular view. There is
also a swimming pool with an enclosed private deck.
